The Fox ESS H3 Plus 100kW Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter is a high-capacity energy management solution designed for commercial solar and battery storage systems. It converts DC electricity generated by solar panels into usable three-phase AC power while managing the charging and discharging of compatible high-voltage LFP batteries. With a nominal AC output of 100kW and support for solar arrays up to 200kW, the inverter provides the capacity required for larger commercial properties and high-demand applications.
Eight independent MPPT trackers, each supporting two solar strings, allow the inverter to manage up to 16 strings across a large PV array. This provides greater flexibility when designing systems with different panel orientations, roof areas or levels of sunlight. A maximum conversion efficiency of 98.5% and European efficiency of 98.1% help minimise energy losses and maximise the amount of generated solar electricity available to the system.
The H3 Plus supports 100% unbalanced three-phase output, allowing power to be distributed according to the demand on each phase. This makes it suitable for commercial properties where electrical demand may vary significantly across the three phases.
When installed with compatible batteries and a correctly configured backup system, the EPS output can provide up to 110kVA during a grid failure. It can also deliver a peak output of 155kVA for up to 10 seconds, helping accommodate the temporary start-up demand of suitable commercial equipment. Switching to backup power takes less than 10 milliseconds, while whole-system and partial backup configurations allow installers to determine which loads remain powered during an outage.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
