The Growatt MOD 9000TL3-XH is a 9kW three-phase hybrid inverter that converts electricity generated by solar panels into AC power for a home or business. It can supply on-site demand and export surplus electricity to the grid. Pair it with a compatible Growatt ARK XH battery system to store excess solar energy for use later in the day, helping you make more of the power your panels generate.
With two independent MPPT trackers and one solar string per tracker, the inverter can manage panels installed on two different roof orientations. It supports a recommended solar array size of up to 18kWp and has a nominal AC output of 9,000W. Maximum efficiency reaches 98.6%, helping the system make effective use of the electricity your panels generate.
The OLED display shows operating information directly on the inverter, while a compatible optional communication device enables remote monitoring. Its IP66-rated enclosure, natural convection cooling and compact design provide flexibility when planning the installation.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
