Power & Charging Functions

• 11,000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter: Converts 48V DC into 230V AC mains electricity for demanding appliances such as fridges, microwaves, pumps, IT hardware, lighting, and power tools. Provides 11kW continuous output with a 22,000VA surge capacity for motor-driven equipment.
• Dual 150A MPPT Solar Charge Controllers (up to 11kW input): Two independent 5.5kW inputs allow separate solar arrays with different orientations or conditions. Operates at up to 98% efficiency and includes full safety protection against overcharge, overheating, and reverse current.
• 150A Smart Battery Charger: Delivers exceptionally fast, safe, multi-stage charging from mains or a generator, with full overcharge protection. Capable of up to 150A for large battery banks.
• Battery-free operation: Powers AC loads directly from solar input during the day, even without batteries. If batteries are connected, surplus solar energy charges them simultaneously.
• UPS function: Provides uninterrupted power supply, switching seamlessly to keep appliances running during grid failures.

• Parallel & 3-phase expansion: Connect up to 5 additional inverters (6 total) for system capacity up to 66kW. Supports three-phase operation, ideal for industrial machinery and large commercial systems.
• Output source priority: Choose whether solar, battery, mains, or generator takes precedence for powering loads.
• Battery charging priority: Select solar-only, solar + mains, or mains-only charging depending on system needs.
• Extensive customisation: Adjust AC input range, battery type, charging currents, disconnect/reconnect voltages, charging stages, equalisation settings, overload bypass, auto-restart, power-saving modes, audible alarms, and LCD backlight.
• Removable illuminated LCD display: Shows detailed system data (voltages, frequency, battery levels, load %, charging current). Can be detached and mounted up to 20m away with an RJ45 cable (not included).

• Generator auto-start: Dry-contact terminals trigger a compatible generator when battery voltage falls below a set threshold.
• Smart cooling & auto restart: Predictive fan logic controls 1, 2, or 3 variable-speed fans to prevent overheating. Automatic restart restores operation after overload or thermal shutdown.

Battery Compatibility: Compatible with 48V flooded, AGM, and GEL lead-acid batteries, plus Lithium batteries with correct settings (consult your supplier for Lithium configuration). Includes pre-defined charging programmes and a fully customisable option for other 48V battery types.
