Power & Charging Functions

• 8000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter: Converts 48V DC into 230V AC mains electricity to run appliances such as fridges, microwaves, pumps, TVs, IT equipment, power tools, and lighting. Provides 8kW continuous output with a strong 16kVA surge capacity for motor-driven loads.
• Dual 120A MPPT Solar Charge Controllers (2 × 4kW inputs, total 8kW): Two independent solar inputs allow flexible array configurations with different panel types or orientations. Operates at up to 98% efficiency, regulating input safely and protecting against reverse current, overcharge, and overheating.
• 120A Smart Battery Charger: Delivers ultra-fast, safe, multi-stage charging from mains or generator, with full overcharge protection and unattended operation.
• Battery-free operation: Runs AC loads directly from solar during the day. If batteries are present, surplus solar power is automatically diverted to charging.
• UPS function: Provides uninterrupted power supply, seamlessly switching to backup mode to keep appliances running during grid outages.

• Parallel & three-phase expansion: Connect up to five additional units (six total) for a system capacity of 48kW. Supports three-phase configuration, ideal for industrial machinery and large installations.
• Output source priority: Choose whether solar, battery, mains, or generator power is prioritised for supplying loads.
• Battery charging priority: Select solar-only, solar + mains, or mains-only charging.
• Extensive customisation: Adjust AC input range, battery type, charging currents, disconnect/reconnect voltages, charging stages, timer functions, equalisation, overload bypass, alarms, auto-restart behaviour, power-saving mode, and backlight.
• Illuminated removable LCD display: Clear 5" screen shows detailed information including voltages, frequency, battery percentage, load %, charge/discharge currents, and energy history (daily, monthly, yearly). Can be detached and installed up to 20m away (RJ45 cable required, not included).
• RGB light bar: Programmable LED strip provides at-a-glance system status, such as battery charge level, energy source, and charging state.
• Advanced connectivity: Supplied with PC software and USB cable. Data logs can be exported to PDF/Excel. Built-in Wi-Fi enables mobile app monitoring; optional Wi-Fi kits unlock remote portal access with push/email alerts.
• Generator auto-start: Built-in dry contacts trigger a compatible generator when batteries fall below a set voltage.
• Smart cooling & auto restart: Predictive fan logic engages 1, 2, or 3 variable-speed fans to prevent overheating. Auto-restart ensures loads reconnect safely once normal conditions are restored.

Battery Compatibility:​ Compatible with 48V flooded, AGM, and GEL lead-acid batteries, plus Lithium batteries with appropriate settings (consult your supplier for Lithium configuration). Includes multiple pre-set charging programmes and a user-defined mode for custom battery types.
