The Consort Claudgen PLE-WIFI Wi-Fi App Controlled Slimline Panel Heater comes with an integrated electronic 7-day timer and can be operated using the hidden digital controls on the heater or via the smartphone app. Easy to operate, this slimline panel heater comes with a range of smart features including a 7-day timer with 24 heating periods per day and 4 operating modes including Programme, Boost, Setback and Manual. The ultra-quiet operation makes this heater ideal for bedrooms and the IP24 splashproof construction ensures that it can be installed in bathrooms and other damp areas around your home.
Simple to set up and easy to access, the Consort Connect App gives you quick access to Frost, Auto, Manual and Boost modes and you can configure the settings of all your connected heaters at the touch of a smartphone or tablet. The digital control panel has an easy-to-read display and 4 large control buttons with tactile feedback. The Lock function with 4-digit pin code will also prevent accidental or intended changes to settings.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
