The EcoFlow RAPID Mag 10,000mAh Wireless Magnetic Power Bank is one of the slimmest magnetic power banks on the market. Designed with military-grade N52 magnets, a 60-degree built-in multi-angled kickstand, and secure snap-on alignment for compatible smartphones, earbuds and similar devices.
Built with a high-density lithium cobalt battery, the 10,000mAh battery capacity provides reliable, on-demand power to keep your devices going throughout the day. In practical terms, it’s capable of delivering around one and a half to two full charges for most smartphones, depending on usage and charging method.
The ultra-slim profile allows the power bank to slide invisibly into pockets, a slim laptop bag, or a purse. The silky matte finish also gives you a comfortable grip with the added benefit of both sweat and fingerprint resistance. Four LED indicators clearly display remaining battery levels at a glance, so you always know when it’s time to recharge.
EcoFlow’s X-Cooling technology helps regulate the temperature, keeping the surface below 38°C during operation to support safe, efficient charging. When it’s time to recharge the power bank itself, a fast USB-C input enables up to 30W charging, reaching around 50% capacity in under an hour. The same USB-C port also supports wired output for flexible charging options.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
