The Master only works with MiHome slave switches, this is to be used where you have switches controlling the same light, for example upstairs and downstairs. Our two gang light switch is the perfect way of integrating smart controls in to the fabric of your home. If you want smart controls but you don't like the look or cost of smart bulbs this is perfect. With one switch you can control all the lighting in a single room. In 5 finishes including white it can be retro fitted to replace your existing switches to look great in any room. The switch works with Alexa, Google and IFTTT as well as using the features of the MiHome App such as geofencing, timers and triggers. Each switch is individually addressable. The MiHome Light Switch is a radio controlled switch which control the lighting in your home. Switching is initiated either by radio control signal or manually by pressing the button on the housing. Connect to the Gateway for app control. The Light Switches are compatible with both Amazon Alexa and Google Home as well as having IFTTT compatibility. The Switches comes in five finishes: White, Black Nickel, Graphite, Polished Chrome and Brushed Steel

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Anytime after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.'

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
  • items that have been installed.
