The LONGi Solar 485W Hi-MO X10 Dual Glass HPBC+ N-type Mono Solar Module is built for installers who need a high-performance panel with the added strength and longevity benefits of dual-glass construction. Part of the LR7-54HVD Hi-MO X10 range, this module combines N-type TaiRay wafer technology, HPBC2.0 cell architecture and an innovative 0BB structure to support high energy generation and improved long-term reliability.
At STC, the 485W model delivers a maximum power output of 485W with a module efficiency of 23.8%. Its key electrical values include a maximum power voltage of 33.62V, maximum power current of 14.43A, open-circuit voltage of 40.64V and short-circuit current of 15.08A. Under NOCT conditions, the module is rated at 369W.
The module uses double-glass construction with 2.0mm coated tempered glass and 1.6mm semi-tempered glass, paired with a black anodised aluminium alloy frame. This provides a durable build while maintaining a clean, modern appearance for rooftop and commercial installations. The module is fitted with an IP68 junction box with three diodes and uses 4mm² output cable. It measures 1800 x 1134 x 30mm and weighs 23.5kg.
For system design, the module is rated for a maximum system voltage of 1500V DC, a maximum series fuse rating of 30A and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It also offers 70±5% bifaciality, Class II protection and an IEC Class C fire rating. Mechanical ratings include 5400Pa front-side maximum static loading, 2400Pa rear-side maximum static loading and hailstone testing with 25mm hailstones at 23m/s.
LONGi supports the Hi-MO X10 dual-glass range with a 15-year warranty for materials and processing and a 30-year warranty for extra linear power output. The warranty chart on page 2 shows less than 1% first-year degradation, 0.35% annual degradation and 88.85% retained power output at year 30.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
