LONGi Solar 540W Hi-MoX10 HPBC + N-type Mono Solar Module (LR7-60HVH-540M) is a high-efficiency, high-output module designed to help installers get more energy from limited roof space while simplifying string design and installation. With a rated output of 540W and a module efficiency of around 23.9%, this Hi-MO X10 module delivers exceptional power density in a compact, installer-friendly format.
Built on LONGi’s TaiRay wafer and high-performance back-contact (HPBC) N-type cell technology, the LR7-60HVH-540M is engineered for strong energy yield and long-term reliability. N-type cells typically offer lower degradation and excellent performance under real-world conditions, helping end customers maximise lifetime kWh from each string and giving installers confidence when designing long-lasting systems. The module operates at a maximum system voltage of 1500V DC, with a 25A maximum series fuse rating, supporting modern high-voltage string designs for residential and commercial rooftops.
Mechanical design is optimised for rooftop deployment. The module measures 1990 × 1134 × 30 mm and weighs 25.3 kg, fitting well within common rail and clamp systems while keeping handling manageable for site teams. It uses 120 (6×20) mono cells, 3.2 mm coated tempered glass and an anodised aluminium alloy frame, combining robustness with clean aesthetics.This makes it a good match for both residential installations where appearance matters and commercial projects where packing maximum power onto the roof is the priority.Reliability is backed by strong certifications and testing. The LR7-60HVH series is certified to IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and UL 61730, with LONGi operating under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.The module is tested to withstand up to 5400 Pa front-side and 2400 Pa rear-side static loading, and hail impact from 25 mm hailstones at 23 m/s, giving peace of mind on exposed UK and EU sites.For long-term performance, the LR7-60HVH-540M offers a 15-year warranty for materials and processing and a 30-year extra linear power output warranty. First-year power degradation is less than 1%, followed by a maximum annual degradation of 0.35%, with at least 88.85% of the initial rated output still guaranteed at year 30.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
