I have had one of these that lasted over 12 years. Unfortunately, it developed a fault. It's such a good product that I bought a replacement which is working just fine.

My old thermostat had no lights, were simple to switch over and working as it should.
Fitting and setting up was simplicity itself and there was an immediate response from the central heating system. The temperature was held accurately at the programmed limits and a quick check of the meter showed that it was more economical. The package information is basic and a download of the full manual is essential to get the best from the unit
I now have 12 of these and they have been very reliable. I used to have a Tado system which I returned as not fit for purpose but this system follows a schedule even when the internet goes down. I now have a reliable system that can be remotely controlled.

The product arrived on time and as described . I wanted the WIRELESS DRAYTON+RF (not the Drayton+ ) thermostat transmitter . Ecowizard is the only one online that stock this boiler thermostat only (ie without having to buy the receiver ) saving you money if your receiver is still working . I would recommend it to a friend as it is reasonably priced too. Customer service very good and helpful.
Haven't had the chance to set up as yet, but the items arrived earlier than advised which was good.

Only been installed a week or so, but so far so good. I have temperature probes on flow and all return pips and I can see them doing their job of maintaining the delta.
I fitted three of these to replace timers for hot water, towel rails and a bronze pump (hot water circulation). They linked up very easily to the Universal Gateway and are easy to programme. They are much smaller then I thought they would be which is fine but meant that the terminals were small and close together so terminals are only really suitable for a single wire and care needs to be taken to ensure nothing shorts. The sensor housing is essential as otherwise live terminals would be exposed.
