The Salus WQ610RF Quantum OpenTherm Boiler Wireless Thermostat is an innovative and all-new thermostat designed to improve efficiency when connected to an OpenTherm certified boiler. Featuring a super slim design and an easy to use setup and operation, it can also be programmed to ensure that those within the home are notified when a boiler service is needed and a landlord can then access to take action. Additionally, the Salus WQ610RF has an incredibly useful PIN entry option, allowing only landlords, home and building owners access to specific settings and menus.

This RF radio frequency thermostat also includes a pre-paired receiver and is linked via Zigbee 2.4 GHz communication, providing wireless communication, wireless free installation and excellent indoor range.

I have a 230v connection with 4 wires - live, load, neutral and earth. It was straight forward to install and it worked straight away apart from having to re-pair the wireless connection as it didn't connect out of the box. Intuitive to program and the instructions are easy to follow.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

If you find you have received the wrong item, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Anytime after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
