The NAPIT Work Quality Guarantee is a free, insurance-backed warranty that protects customers when using a NAPIT-registered installer for domestic electrical work, including EV charger installations.
Up to £25,000 in coverage to fix non-compliant work
Valid for up to 6 years from the date of installation
Still applies if the original installer is no longer trading
Work must be notified to NAPIT by the installer
Only covers work included in the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate
Designed to rectify faults, not provide compensation or cover product failures
Normal wear and tear or maintenance issues
Product defects not caused by installation error
Work not completed under NAPIT’s registration
This guarantee gives customers peace of mind that:
Their installation meets UK safety and legal standards
They’re protected even if the contractor ceases trading
There's an independent path for resolving compliance issues
Refers to work that does not meet UK Building Regulations (e.g., BS 7671 wiring regulations).
The guarantee only applies to installations done by a NAPIT-registered installer at the time the work was carried out.
The standard guarantee applies to domestic properties (homes/flats).
For business/commercial installs, confirm if extended coverage is offered—some schemes or insurers may offer alternatives.
Customers must receive this certificate to validate the guarantee.
Your installer should submit the job notification to NAPIT promptly, which triggers the BRCC.
Without the BRCC, the guarantee cannot be activated—so always confirm the certificate has been issued.

If a customer is unhappy with an installation and the installer is unavailable or unwilling to fix the issue, NAPIT offers a process to investigate and resolve the complaint.

Having done a couple of charge sessions the hardware and software work fabulously. The charge indicator light is a great feature. Enjoying the graphs in the app displaying the charge and amps drawn. Also a welcome feature of entering your energy price per kWh for a quick at a glance indication cost of the session. Highly recommended and the Electrician found the unit well laid out for installation. Can confirm the casing is solid as the electrician broke the pilot bit of his hole saw drilling out the cable cutout.

The hyper volt home charger has made it very easy to get a charge when we want it. No more staying up to Midnight to turn on the charger. This charger is programmable and can be used to charge overnight when we have cheaper electricity. The extra long charging cable allows a choice of car positions on our drive way. So much less shuffling of cars to allow for the electric one to get a charge. The app is easy to use and I enjoy the light show ( which can be turned off) from the front panel of the unit. This is a good looking and very useful piece of kit.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £6 (£5 ExVAT).
For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.
Next Day Delivery
We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
