Installation was arranged in just a few days from when I ordered. The charger looks fantastic and the installer did a fantastic job. All is working perfectly and the app is very comprehensive. Just make sure you have a good WiFi signal where you plan to have the charger installed.

Installed this charger on my own property after hearing good reviews from installers and users. Both installer app and client app are great and have a nice feel to them. The installation of the charger is pretty standard, I like the wall bracket as you don’t have to hold up the entire body with the attached cable while marking and levelling. Installation and setup were a breeze and would recommend for installers and I will be recommending for future clients. As a user, it has all the features you want and charges at the maximum wattage so charges take a little less time than other chargers I’ve used.

The NAPIT Work Quality Guarantee is a free, insurance-backed warranty that protects customers when using a NAPIT-registered installer for domestic electrical work, including EV charger installations.
Up to £25,000 in coverage to fix non-compliant work
Valid for up to 6 years from the date of installation
Still applies if the original installer is no longer trading
Work must be notified to NAPIT by the installer
Only covers work included in the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate
Designed to rectify faults, not provide compensation or cover product failures
Normal wear and tear or maintenance issues

This guarantee gives customers peace of mind that:

They’re protected even if the contractor ceases trading
There's an independent path for resolving compliance issues

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
