The Bosch Compress 5800i Wall-hung Indoor Unit is one of three possible indoor solutions to be paired with the Bosch Compress 5800i AW heat pump. The wall-hung option provides flexibility for third-party system solutions where the DHW tower or pre-plumbed cylinder may not be suitable such as in a case where a higher domestic hot water volume is required. Easy to install the wall-hung unit has the premium look and feel design of the heat pump itself and comes with integrated space and DHW back-up heater, full-color touch HMI800 display, three-way valve, and primary circulation pump.
Control from anywhere with Connect-Key K30 Included as standard, simply slot in the key, download the HomeCom Easy app, and connect to the wifi. By registering and consenting to monitoring, Worcester Bosch can remotely diagnose issues and better support you and your customer during any servicing or repairs.
Modern design Designed and engineered to be stylish and reliable – wherever it’s installed. Give greener heating pride of place, even in the most modern customer homes. The 5800i AW also comes with a built-in colour intuitive touchscreen, for easy configuration inside the home.
Connectivity Give your customers complete control wherever they are, by plugging in the Connect-Key K30 included in this unit. Download the Bosch HomeCom Easy app to control their heating directly and request Worcester Bosch to remotely monitor, diagnose and offer support with error code issues.
Back-up heater The 5800i AW wall-hung unit comes with a built-in 3kW electric heater, which provides a fail-safe back-up when the weather is at its coldest.
Easy to access For servicing and installation, it’s just a removal of screws to get to the control box and the other main components.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
