The Fox ESS H3 Smart 10kW Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter combines solar power conversion with compatible battery storage to give properties with a three-phase supply greater control over electricity use. Delivering 10,000W of nominal AC output, it allows surplus solar energy to be stored in a high-voltage battery for use after sunset or when electricity demand rises. Self-use, feed-in priority and backup modes, alongside scheduled battery charging, provide flexibility to manage energy around the property's requirements.
The H3-10.0-Smart supports solar arrays up to 20,000Wp and a maximum DC input power of 18,000W. Three independent MPPT trackers, each accommodating one solar string, help optimise generation across different roof orientations. Maximum conversion efficiency reaches 97.9%, with MPPT efficiency of 99.9%. Compatible high-voltage LFP batteries operating between 100V and 800V are supported, with charging and discharging currents of up to 50A.
Download the FoxCloud V2.0 app to monitor system performance remotely once the inverter is connected to your network. Integrated Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity provide convenient monitoring options, with 4G available as an optional alternative.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
