The MasterKool iKOOL- 80+ Portable Evaporative Cooler is a reliable cooling device that operates quietly. It serves as an excellent alternative to a fan cooler. With a maximum airflow of 5,500m³/hr, the iKOOL-80 Plus is an ideal choice for cooling various environments up to 45m² in size. Particularly beneficial in hot summer seasons, this cooler offers an affordable, effective and trustworthy cooling option.
This cooler is designed with convenience in mind, featuring a large 63-litre water tank that eliminates the need for frequent refills. With a water evaporation rate of 6 to 9 litres per hour, you can enjoy its refreshing effects for an extended period. If you want to get rid of the need for manual tank emptying, the cooler has a direct water connection that continuously tops off the water tank, which can provide continuous cooling for 7 to 10 hours. In addition to its cooling capabilities, the air cooler utilises three advanced cooling pads as an evaporator. These pads have a high volume capacity of 39,825 cm³. They not only reduce the temperature but also effectively filter airborne dust particles. It also has an anion feature that releases negative ions to improve air quality and reduce odours. Moreover, the high-efficiency pads surpass standard ones by cooling the air up to 30% more effectively.
The iKOOL evaporative cooler offers improved air distribution through a combination of its unique fan blade design and automatic louvres. This ensures that cool air is evenly distributed to create a comfortable environment. Besides, the cooler delivers powerful airflow for quick and reliable cooling, all while being portable and efficient. You can select from four fan speed options to customise the airflow to your liking and adjust the temperature of the space accordingly.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
