The EcoFlow 15kWh Independence Power Kit is a complete, plug-and-play, off-grid power system that provides a reliable source of electricity for campervans, motorhomes, tiny homes, cabins, trailers and other off-grid spaces. The Independence Kit gives you the same powerful off-grid energy system as the Prepared Kit, with an included AC/DC Smart Distribution Panel that simplifies system wiring and a dedicated Power Kit Console that provides convenient, real-time monitoring and control of your entire electrical system.
An Independence Power Kit combines three high-performance 5kWh LiFePO₄ batteries, EcoFlow's Power Hub, an AC/DC Smart Distribution Panel, a Power Kit Console and a cable pack, allowing you to generate, store, distribute and use electricity without relying on a mains power connection. Ideal for powering lighting, laptops and televisions to refrigerators, coffee machines, water pumps and much more, the combined 15kWh battery capacity delivers exceptional runtime between charges, making it the ideal choice for permanent off-grid living, large motorhomes, cabins, remote properties and demanding electrical installations with high daily energy consumption.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
