The Photonic Universe Complete 5kW Off-Grid Solar Power System, 6x 430W Solar Panels, 5kW Hybrid Inverter & 5kWh Battery is a complete renewable energy solution that provides dependable off-grid electricity for homes, workshops, cabins, agricultural buildings, mobile businesses and other locations where mains power is unavailable or unreliable. Combining high-quality components into one carefully matched system, this kit delivers reliable performance for everyday appliances, backup power and sustainable off-grid living.
At the heart of the system is a powerful 5kW 48V Iconica Hybrid Inverter, intelligently combining a pure sine wave inverter, high-efficiency 80A MPPT solar charge controller and 60A smart battery charger within a single unit. This all-in-one design simplifies installation while providing efficient solar energy management, battery charging and AC power conversion. The inverter also features an integrated UPS function and can intelligently manage power from solar panels, batteries, mains electricity or a generator to ensure continuous power whenever it is needed.
Energy is stored within a 100Ah 48V Photonic Universe wall-mounted LiFePO₄ battery, providing approximately 5.12kWh of usable storage for reliable day and night operation. Its advanced Battery Management System continuously monitors voltage, current and temperature while protecting against overcharging, over-discharging and excessive temperatures to maximise both safety and battery lifespan.
The included solar array consists of six Sharp NU-JC430B 430W Full Black Monocrystalline Solar Panels, delivering approximately 2.6kW of renewable generating capacity. Featuring advanced TOPCon cell technology, these premium panels provide excellent performance in bright sunshine, high temperatures, low light and partially shaded conditions.
Once installed, the inverter can be monitored locally using the supplied PC software or upgraded with the optional WiFi communication kit for convenient remote monitoring and email status notifications.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
