The Shelly BLU RC Button 4 is a versatile, Bluetooth-operated smart controller that can be mounted on any magnetic surface or carried in your pocket for portable smart automation control. Featuring integrated magnets and two included magnetic holders, it can be easily placed anywhere for quick access to control your Shelly devices. The compact design also makes it ideal for use as a handheld remote, providing flexibility in how you interact with your smart home.
This button supports multi-click functionality, allowing you to program single, double, triple, and long-press actions for up to 16 different commands. Whether you’re controlling a single appliance, multiple devices, or triggering synchronized scenes, you can easily manage your entire smart home with just a press of a button.
Operating on Bluetooth, the BLU RC Button 4 offers quick response times (less than 100ms) and an extended battery life of up to two years on a single CR2032 battery. Additional features include a beacon mode to help you find the button if misplaced and native compatibility with home assistants supporting the BTHome protocol.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please click the ‘Download Returns Form’ below and complete all data fields. You can then email this to our team once completed.
Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.
Please note that the RMA# on the returns address is your original order number; please ensure to reference this on the returns address, as per below.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
