The Aqara FP2 Presence Security Sensor is a smart motion detection device that uses cutting-edge millimeter-wave radar technology to detect even the slightest presence or movement of people around your home. Superior to PIR infrared motion sensors, the Aqara FP2 is capable of a range of modern features including multi-person detection and human fall detection. Aqara’s presence sensor also provides multi-ecosystem support for HomeKit, Alexa, Google Home and Home Assistant.

Experience precise detection without false negatives and even for slight movements without the requirement of a camera monitoring system, enhancing privacy for users. The FP2 can detect up to 5 people at the same time and trigger different scenarios and automations depending on your requirements. You can fix the FP2 to a ceiling and select the Falling Detection Mode, which will detect and alert you through the app if someone falls, helping to notify you if children or elderly relatives are in need of assistance. 

You’ll also experience multi-ecosystem support as the Aqara FP2 Presence Sensor appears as multiple sensors to HomeKit, Alexa, Google Home and Home Assistant. The device can be added directly to Home Assistant using HomeKit Controller integration and you can integrate the sensor easily without requiring an Aqara hub, which is a great solution for smart home enthusiasts.

Please note: The FP2 is not a medical device, and can only be used for notification purposes. This is a wired sensor that should be constantly powered and requires 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Lighting automations are only available in Aqara Home, HomeKit, and IFTTT.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong item, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Anytime after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
