The Aqara Smart Vibration & Movement Sensor is an innovative smart home device made with an integrated high precision acceleration sensor that detects vibration and movement of objects around your home for security and safety purposes. Designed to communicate with your Aqara Hub via the Zigbee protocol, it also works with other smart accessories to set various smart scenes, such as local and remote alarm when it detects glass breaks.

Packed with unique features, when vibration, tilt or drop is detected, the Aqara Vibration Sensor will trigger the Hub to sound an alarm and sends a security notification to your phone. You can also customise different scenes with our suite of smart home products. Even if the Wi-Fi connection is unstable or disconnected, as long as the Hub is powered, local automations associated with this product still work properly.

Smart Control in Apple Home App: The Aqara Vibration Sensor works with other HomeKit-enabled accessories in Home to make your life easier.

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).

For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.

Next Day Delivery

We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands 

Please contact us for our shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong item, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Anytime after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
