The Bisol Supreme 365W Mono PERC BDO 120 Half-Cell Solar Panel is a high-performance solar photovoltaic module designed to deliver excellent efficiency, long-term reliability and modern aesthetics for residential and commercial solar installations. Combining advanced cell technology with a sleek all-black finish, this panel provides strong energy output while maintaining a clean, contemporary appearance.
Manufactured using monocrystalline PERC cell technology, the Bisol Supreme panel is engineered to maximise energy generation, including in lower light conditions. Its 120 half-cell configuration (equivalent to 60 full-size cells) reduces internal electrical resistance, improving overall efficiency and helping to maintain performance where partial shading may occur.
The panel’s all-black design makes it particularly well suited to domestic rooftops and visible commercial installations where appearance is important. Engineered for real-world performance, the Bisol Supreme 365W panel features improved temperature coefficients and a lower NOCT (Nominal Operating Cell Temperature), helping to maintain higher output levels during warmer operating conditions. RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
