App and charger works perfectly. This charger works with all electricity providers, so you aren't stuck on one provider's EV tariff. Had a question for Indra and their customer service was quick and knowledgeable as well. This was about registering cars on the app, I have two EVs but only one can be registered. I found that the app works best by not registering a car at all and letting your electricity provider control the charger. Octopus intelligent go works perfectly with both cars on this charger. Quite happy :)

On the phone very helpful ordered via their WEB site came on time no drama. Also they use DPD for courier services which is the best one to use.

Product arrived quickly and in good order. Quality product that does the job, but user instructions confusing. Typical of diagrams rather than the written word.
I have fitted and tested the Zappi but not yet used it. Electrical installation straightforward and clear instructions. However configuration instructions are unclear and unfortunately very little can be done from the App. For example defining the CT ports.
This setup works great; I've programmed the hub to open and close the blinds based on dawn and dusk.
I already had a Salus system installed so it was just a case of swapping the control box, good instructions on installation & clear instructions on use & setting up on my phone.
Pairing up process was really bad, the instructions in the box didn’t work, so I went on YouTube and found a video showing me a completely different way, and that worked first time

The product was as described which was important for me as I was replacing the original (Same Type) which was over twenty years old. The replacement fitting was no problem to fit, I can recommend this company
All looks good but as yet have not fitted as this is for a holiday cottage which we are due to visit this weekend

Great charger so far. App is easy to use, slimline and nice and tidy with cable around the wall unit.
The whole Salus range of relays and sensors is just so flexible and versatile, using their One Touch Rules. There's very little that they can't control. We now have 15 relays in our Parish Hall, with Thermostats and Motion Sensors, giving us remote, and automatic control of heating, lighting, water supply and door closing.
Unfortunately we were unable to install our charger unit due to circumstances beyond our control as we have off road parking and our local council are not installing pavement trays to ensure safe charging at the moment and therefore had to return our order.My return was promptly refunded back into my account. Ecowizard are one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with ,especially Ted for his patience and understanding. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and sure to re order a charging unit some time in the future when the council will install pavement trays in a timely manner.
Looks very modern and compact. Really good customisable light options via the app. Electrician who fitted it seemed to have no issues and liked the product too.
Excellent service and a fantastic product
It was easy to set up , a good thermostat for the price. It was already paired to its receiver . Clear instructions in the box. It was packed well and arrived safely and quickly.
