The product arrived earlier than anticipated so that was a nice surprise. The EV charger looks smart and works well with both Tesla and other brands of cars. £20 cheaper to buy from Ecowizard than anywhere else!!!

I have given my review above:- Cable too short making it very difficult to situate in a suitable position. Definitely not quiet or whisper soft. Has to be turned off as is too noisy over a long period of time and the automatic change over is even noisier making it even worse. Could I have a faulty product or are the sales details both misleading and misrepresented .
Charger works offline only as initial setup so complicated I could not create an account as the charger was already linked to another user….! Emails to Indra Customer service and 2 calls never returned. I will return the charger if no joy after a week. I suspect it is a good product let down by terrible customer service.
We have moved into a new build with a Growatt inverter and solar panels. I found this after an Internet search and it has connected easily to the inverter. Registering for an ID so that you can access the data stored was a real hassle as it made an installer code mandatory which we had no access to. Eventually, after trial and error and Internet searches a code of Gwatt worked. Now able to see solar generation details.

All calls to eco and aero were good. Install was ok after some confusion from the engineer on how it would need wiring to avoid emptying my batteries. But being an ex electrical engineer it was easy enough to sort the best approach. Didn’t realise the standard install cost didn’t include an SPD, something specified in the Hypervolt install guide. I do wonder what the result would have been if I had a warranty claim. Maybe it would be an idea to change the option for Hypervolt installs to a min of standard+spd. Anyway after a quick call to eco and £50 they were able to install the SPD at the same time. Connectivity to the Hypervolt is not great due to where my router is so I would factor in a CAT5 connection. Also I need to contact eco as the charger seems to have not been set internally to the fuse size I have. It seems defaulting to 60A as I can’t charge at full rate, this is an internal adjustment so needs an engineer visit.
Only looked at it in the box as not fitted yet. Look like a good piece of kit i went with the 8m lead. The only disappointment is with the lead holder which is quite flimsy which i already knew about before ordering and so i have bought a uprated version from ebay.
This model of the Zappi glo comes with app which is extremely basic with very few options no eco or eco plus modes the only way to settings is through the installer app had to arranged for my installer to call out again just to change
Extra, on screen menu is good for basic control of current and time.
The product appears to work satisfactorily but came with quick guides in French and German only. The English version is available free from the Salus website, but the detailed documentation is a chargeable extra, something that was not made clear at the time of purchase. This is naughty.

Seems to be good quality and works as expected.
Pros: -great for solar charging option as pulls the excess solar energy first before using grid Cons: - some compatibility issues with my EV. The plug does not always connect properly and need to force it out at the end of the charging

Install straight forward, connected to wi fi easily and simple set up...maybe not as strong picking up wi fi signal compared to mobile...but working fine. Looks good and seems robust. 7.5m cable...needed so dont have to back onto drive tho a second car parked alongside may need to - probs would have gone 10m cable...not a big drive but will be tight to reach a second EV parked next to first with moving cars around. Lights clear...app pretty good options wise and nice app - the charhe figure is cumulative for session CT clamps on mains and battery per install instructions...so solar kwh stated makes no sense. Overall impressed...went with space grey and loojs good
Looks greatcworks well at at a very competitive price. Had a query after installation, the help centre soon had me sorted, put my mind immediately at ease.
