Here at Eco Wizard we're extremely proud of our Eco ranges and the helpful and knowledgeable customer service we look to provide with every single enquiry and order. But don't take our word for it - check out what some of our customers have to say!
I had to replaced two Danfoss valves and decided to use the ESI valves. Although the valves are the same length the compression nuts have different threads so they have to be changed. The valves work well but I was surprised at the speed they slam shut when switched off. Its also useful the wiring diagram is printed on the motor head. Overall I like the valves and would buy again.
The ordering process was simple and delivery was swift. I was kept informed by the courier when my order would be delivered by text.

I’m really impressed with the ENER-J 2000W Smart WiFi Radiator Heater. It heats up the room quickly and operates completely silently, which makes it perfect for bedrooms and living spaces. The design is sleek and modern, and I love that it can be wall-mounted or free-standing. The smart features are fantastic – I can control it from my phone even when I’m not at home, and it also works well with Alexa. The scheduling options make it super convenient, and the remote control is handy too. Overall, it’s efficient, stylish, and easy to use. A great combination of modern design and smart technology. Definitely worth the 5 stars!
Fantastic seller. Was able to supply a gen 4 version of a product even though it was not listed on the website. Very helpful and friendly people.
Easy install and integration with home assistant
Easy install and integrates easily into Home assistant.
Bought in error as i knew i wanted to integrate the solar production but it didn’t occur to me that as the unit is three phase or single phase then the charger itself comes with three grid cts and on single phase one of the spare can become the solar ct.
Although bulkier than some on the market i love the zappi for ease of installation , set up and connectivity to the ever important app. If i had anything bad to say it would be the lack of O&M manual but that more gives my age away than reviews the product. Awaiting a good day to tune the green credential
Order arrived promptly and was received in great condition. Range of stock fabulous with pricing no more expensive than anyone else but stock held won the battle for me.
The EV Charger arrived very quickly and was well packed. Although not fitted yet our Electrician has looked at it and is happy. Excellent service. Eco Wizard was also a very good price.
Excellent service from purchase to delivery.
Charger delivered next day. As always - great price and great product - one of the best chargers on the market!
Customer service really helpful when I placed the offer to the wrong address! Got it all straightened out. Product perfect as expect.
