Placed an order with Eco Wizard for a wireless RF Thermostat. After a few days, I was contacted by Eco Wizard staff who informed me that there was a delay with the order, due to manufacturer stock issues. However, I was offered an upgraded unit, which they had in stock at no extra charge, which was promptly sent out. Excellent service, and I will be recommending them to any future customers.

I bought a like for like replacement hoping that would result in being able to regulate radiator temperatures as opposed to either on or off but it didn't work so I'm not sure what the reason for that is. I am now considering changing to a different make of radiator thermostat because all my other radiator thermostats (different make) work properly. I chose to make a like for like replacement thinking that would be the cheapest option and involve less work to replace but this hasn't worked.

A frozen pipe at our pump house rendered us waterless. The trace heater was effective in thawing the pipe and has kept it flowing freely during further periods of subzero temperatures. Installation was straightforward and quite quick.
The Ecowizzard website is easy to navigate. Products are well described and easily ordered. Delivery was very prompt, which was just as well as my pipes were frozen and so we were without water.

We bought this as a replacement; this is our third one in ten years (they seem to last about 5 years). It's great while it is working, though, and there seem to be few alternatives. EcoWizard were great, though - fast delivery and the best price on the internet by quite a way - we'd highly recommend them.
