Great replacement for my valiant thermostat, very easy to set up
Just the thing I needed to allow me to use my convector heater more efficiently and allow me to turn it on and off at a set time.
The instruction sheet was quite a bit more convoluted than expected, but, eventually cracked it. What didn't help were the dead batteries supplied with the thermostat - leading to confusion when trying to setup the thermostat.
I Phoned a couple times to check about my order and to make sure I could get next day shipping despite the website not showing the option. After hanging up (we agreed I'd pay a separate fee for next day shipping and they'd send it out same day despite it being Christmas eve) they phoned me back to say they just shipped it and not to worry about paying for shipping as they'd cover it. Absolutely wonderful company.

Needed to buy this as my the middle bit had broken on my old thermostat. When my boiler was serviced I was told I needed to get this as a replacement. Thought I might have to get the engineer round to install it be I was able to do so by myself.Now sat in a warm house because it is working well

Not so much the product, as I knew what I was ordering and why i wanted it, but I did need it quickly and they did what they said they would online and the ordering process was efficient
I listed all my concerns in the review I left. Some improvements could be made. It would be enough for me not to use you again, but if the changes are implemented, it wasn’t bad enough for me to not use you again.
The charger was fine, I’m familiar with them, hence the reason for ordering. With regards to my experience with using Eco Wizard, there was an error were I was given the wrong tracking number, which was soon resolved after contacting them. The only real issue I had, was the charger was shipped only in its only thin packaging. A very expensive piece of equipment and they didn’t bother to ship in a second box with protective cushioning. The box turned up in a right state, but thankfully not damaged, which was by pure luck and nothing else. The other issue is, the product was clearly on show and due to its value it therefore is more likely to go “missing”.
