The Ohme E.V. charger has all the features you need and is fully compliant with Octopus Energy's requirements for its cheap overnight tariff. However, in common with many other suppliers, the charger does not come with a printed user manual - you will need to download a copy from the internet if needed.
I had a previous model which replaced a dial thermostat. Having moved to a new house this was bought to replace a Drayton dial thermostat. This model is programmed in a similar way to the previous model but is easier to do. It is set up for 5+2 days by default but can also be set up for daily programming. Up to 6 programmes can be individually selected per day so it is very flexible. It enables you to set a holiday mode where you can set it up for the frost setting up to 31days. After the selected time it reverts back to usual programming automatically. You can also set it up for 12 or 24 HR time, a manual mode that overrides the programming and an installer mode where certain parameters can be changed eg. the frost setting temperature from the 5 Deg default, without needing to set dip switches. It is easy to fit and the instructions included are clear. It comes with a 5 yr Warranty. Very pleased with the purchase.
Having done a couple of charge sessions the hardware and software work fabulously. The charge indicator light is a great feature. Enjoying the graphs in the app displaying the charge and amps drawn. Also a welcome feature of entering your energy price per kWh for a quick at a glance indication cost of the session. Highly recommended and the Electrician found the unit well laid out for installation. Can confirm the casing is solid as the electrician broke the pilot bit of his hole saw drilling out the cable cutout.
The sparks installed the air temperature box a foot away from our towel heater. Yep. So our underfloor heating was switching off prematurely. I placed this device on the opposite side of the bathroom. Voila! The heating stayed on to temperature that had been set. No cold floors again.
Slight delivery delay but I was kept informed. Better is the telephone support when I had problems sending the new controller to my older Fisher radiator.

We had to wait six weeks or so for delivery as it was out of stock. Bought to replace an old discontinued Fischer thermostat for radiator in a house we are looking after. Works well, easy to pair etc. Great response from customer services who advised on which one to buy and how to connect it. Recommend if you are in similar situation. Thank you

Part of replacement kit with 3 items of which I only needed the it500rx sender unit which is not available on its own. Great service from Ecowizard, very prompt and helpful.
Quick delivery, although the courier left the package on our doorstep without ringing the doorbell, despite us being home. The installation was smooth. The charger is quite easy to use, but a better printed manual would have helped
Order placed on 10th - for charger WITH installation - and on-line survey completed on 11th. The on-line survey was a bit of a pain because you could upload photo's but not videos - I was doing it on a laptop, not my mobile. The main disappointment is that 12 days after completing the survey I have heard nothing (except two requests for a review and one request for me to upload a photo of my installation). I placed this order with EcoWizard as the impression was the installation would be completed more quickly than alternatives. Looks like I was wrong. Please don't request reviews before the job is delivered - and please get on with responding to the survey and giving me an installation date.
My electrician installed very easily and it was very straightforward to set up. It looks very neat and not an eyesore.
I bought these again as I had already bought some few years ago and give me good service one of them now is playing up shall I thought I'll get the four plug with remote as a replacement for all of them I will buy it from this website again 👍
