Thermostat is easy to pair with existing receiver. Easy to programme.
Installation (by qualified electrician) was straightforward (aside from issues with existing fuse box and wiring in house). Getting charger linked to wi-fi was quite fiddly, but once done, it was easy to commission and has been working very well. It seems to recognise when solar panels are providing power, but we've not much sunshine since it was installed, so not yet tested this feature.

I needed to replace my thermostat and wanted a replacement that was compatible with the receiver. I contacted Eco Wizard online and was provided with expert advice as to which thermostats would be suitable and one in particular that would be a perfect replacement. I ordered and fitted it myself successfully. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Eco Wizard.
Was a replacement for the identical one that was with my boiler, easy to set up, delivery was quick, and working perfectly.

Before buying this panel heater I contacted Eco Wizard to ask if it was suitable for fixing directly to a ceiling and as told it was. On arrival; it clearly cannot be securely fixed to the ceiling. When I asked again Eco Wizard checked with the supplier who suggested it could be fixed with the supplied screws. It cannot. I had to buy anchor bolts and nuts to ensure it could be fixed without risk of it falling down and causing injury. I could have returned the item but Eco Wizard has ignored by requests to contribute to my additional expenditure. This heater is only suitable for wall fixing and even then it will be difficult to align the fixings. There's no supplied template!
Trying to set this up is a nightmare. I need a registration number to set this up and have emailed MyEnergy 3 times and they have never got back to me , rendering my £600+ purchase a waste of money. Wish I had never heard of them.

yes as the review title says, the unit for some reason could not connect to the internet to give codes to allow connection. Electrician wasted 3 hours plus trying for it too work. I would carefully consider buying this product. Not even sure it has been tested prior to leaving the factory.

Does the job and provides plenty airflow/ separation for the batteries. Could be a better fit.
It is easy to buy from the big boys but sometimes you take the plunge. Service was brilliant, above and beyond. The reason I say so is not important it is the final result that counts
It’s best to do some research online before setting up but then it is very easy to install and configure zones for the room. Interfaces well with Home Assistant. More reliable in operation than I expected with only very occasional false positives or negatives.
Integrated with Intelligent Octopus Go very easily.
