Easy install and integrates easily into Home assistant.
Bought in error as i knew i wanted to integrate the solar production but it didn’t occur to me that as the unit is three phase or single phase then the charger itself comes with three grid cts and on single phase one of the spare can become the solar ct.
Although bulkier than some on the market i love the zappi for ease of installation , set up and connectivity to the ever important app. If i had anything bad to say it would be the lack of O&M manual but that more gives my age away than reviews the product. Awaiting a good day to tune the green credential
I bought a replacement for one that had broken down. It was 6 years old, and a full replacement was available.

Order arrived quicker than expected. Communication was great. Arrived in a well packed box inside a well packed box! Product as described, although I was expecting a large unit but in fact its quite compact which was a nice surprise. Easy to setup. App is intuitive. So far so good! Also has usage metrics but to early to tell how informative they are.

Bought as replacement for unit that failed after 3.5 years; not good for a such a product that had 3 year warranty! Always fails out of warranty! Technical support a waste of time, did not respond to my queries despite several emails. Wonder how quick they respond to this review! Thought of severing ties with myenergi but too many products to replace.
Was advised to buy this to replace the original. I am not good at setting things up but a very patient gentleman talked me through the set up and I am happy.
My 8 year old controller suddenly stopped working. No warning, just packed up. Had to buy this one to pair with my original receiver which is still working fine. Just glad they still make them or it would have cost me over twice as much. Battery cover is a bit fiddly to remove and programming it is a chore, but then everything is these days. Useful over-rides (manual control, holiday/frost protection). All in all, worth the money. Comes with a 5 year guarantee, but I still hope this one lasts longer than the previous one!

Easy to connect to the ASHP, works fine, expected a slightly more functionality in the Samsung app.
Website is informative and easy to compare different ev chargers. Any questions I had were easily resolved by phone call. Delivery of package was within 2 days. Chosen model Ohme ePod was neat andeasily fitted to outside wall.

at this time very pleased with the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro, it arrived after a slight delay because the courier didn't pick up as instructed. not eco's fault. looks great well made good quality, easy to install, just follow the instructions, and works well with the app. hope it keeps working for a long while as we have only used it twice so far. all in all good service, good quality, good design, Yes I would recommend the Hypervolt to anyone wishing to have a quality product.

Nice design of charger though haven't needed to use the holster as the cable wraps nicely around the unit, I have built a cover for it. The scheduling seems slightly challenging as it came with 3 sessions already programmed and i haven't discovered how to delete them, Not a problem as you can leave the car unplugged.
