The Fox ESS H3 Pro 30kW Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter combines solar generation and compatible battery storage to give properties with a three-phase electricity supply greater control over energy use. By storing surplus solar electricity for later, it helps increase self-consumption and reduce reliance on grid power. Self-use, feed-in priority and backup modes, alongside scheduled battery charging, allow operation to be tailored to the site's energy requirements.
Delivering 30,000VA of nominal AC output, the H3-Pro-30.0 supports solar arrays up to 60,000Wp. Three independent MPPT trackers accommodate two strings each, with a maximum recommended PV input power of 15,000W per tracker. This provides flexibility when configuring larger solar installations across different roof orientations. Maximum conversion efficiency reaches 97.1%, while PV-to-battery charging efficiency reaches 98.1%. Two battery inputs support compatible high-voltage lithium batteries operating between 150V and 800V, with charging and discharging currents of up to 50A per input.
Download the FoxCloud V2.0 app to monitor system performance remotely through a compatible communications module. An integrated LCD and touch controls provide access to operating information directly at the inverter.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
