The Fox ESS H3 Pro 30kW Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter is a high-capacity and scalable solution for larger residential, commercial and light industrial solar PV and battery storage installations. Designed to provide installers with greater system flexibility, it features three independent MPPT trackers, supports two separate battery banks and allows up to 10 inverters to be connected in parallel.
Compatible with Fox ESS ECS and HV battery ranges, the H3 Pro can be configured to meet a wide variety of energy storage requirements. Installers should refer to the relevant battery sizing guide when determining the maximum supported storage capacity for each system.
An integrated Emergency Power Supply function can help keep essential circuits operating during a grid outage when the system is correctly configured. Natural cooling eliminates the need for noisy fans, helping provide quieter operation while reducing the number of moving components.
The inverter is supplied with a Wi-Fi dongle and CT clamp for system monitoring and setup. Optional LAN and 4G dongles are also available, while a Modbus meter can be used where preferred or where the distance between the inverter and grid supply exceeds 30 metres.
With an IP65 protection rating, the inverter and compatible ECS batteries can be installed in suitable outdoor locations, helping save valuable space inside the property.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
