Unlike conventional off-grid systems that require separate batteries, inverters, charge controllers and extensive wiring, this complete package arrives with all of the essentials already integrated into a single portable unit. The power management components are factory-installed with no complex wiring or specialist electrical knowledge required. Simply position the unit, connect the solar panels using the supplied MC4 extension cables and you can generate and store renewable energy within minutes.
At the heart of the system is the Photonic Universe P5000M Portable Solar Generator, featuring a durable 5,120Wh LiFePO₄ battery capable of delivering over 6,000 charge cycles at 80% depth of discharge. It supplies up to 5,000W of continuous AC output through four 2,000W sockets, alongside a dedicated 5kW EPS output for powering a single high-demand appliance. Flexible charging options include standard mains charging, high-speed AC charging via a dedicated circuit and solar charging of up to 7kW through dual high-voltage MPPT inputs, allowing the system to adapt to a wide variety of installation requirements.
The included solar array comprises sixteen Sharp NU-JC430B 430W Full Black Monocrystalline Solar Panels, providing approximately 7kW of high-efficiency solar generation. Featuring advanced TOPCon cell technology, these panels deliver outstanding performance in bright sunshine, high temperatures, low light and partially shaded conditions while maintaining excellent long-term efficiency.
System status can be monitored and controlled through the bright LCD display or remotely using the Power Zero App via WiFi or Bluetooth, giving you complete visibility over energy generation, battery status and power consumption wherever you are. Featuring an IP65-rated enclosure, heavy-duty cooling, integrated wheels and sturdy carry handles, the P5000M is equally suited to permanent installations and portable off-grid applications.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
