Ideal for home backup, camping and remote living, this powerful solar panel allows you to recharge your EcoFlow portable power station efficiently wherever sunlight is available.
Built using a lightweight yet durable construction of pliable EVA layers and fibreglass, the panel offers an excellent balance of strength, flexibility and portability. Its one-piece folding design makes setup simple, while the compact structure allows the panel to be quickly collapsed, folded and stored in the included protective kickstand case when not in use.
Delivering an impressive 400W output with an improved 23% energy conversion efficiency, the EcoFlow 400W solar panel enables faster charging times compared to previous designs. The panel is constructed with monocrystalline silicon cells and protected by an ETFE film, ensuring reliable performance while resisting dirt, debris and water in demanding outdoor environments.
For optimal solar capture, the integrated self-supporting stand adjusts between 40° and 80° degrees, allowing precise positioning throughout the day to maximise exposure to sunlight. RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please click the ‘Download Returns Form’ below and complete all data fields. You can then email this to our team once completed.
Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
