Totally delight with this purchase. I bought the kit with the hub an 2 drivers and 3 separate drivers. My reputation for DIY is not good. Despite this, the fitting of each driver took about 5 minutes, it will take about 10 minutes if you use the screw kit to fix them, though so far the very strong 3M double sided take is working very well. The setting up of the Wi-Fi took about 15 minutes. Decided to buy from Eco Wizard as an established UK company rather than risk some of the cheaper products available from overseas sources on line. Also had one small tech is caused by me. Rang the tech help line who answered quickly and problem sorted in a few minutes. Highly recommend this product and Company.

This setup works great; I've programmed the hub to open and close the blinds based on dawn and dusk.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
