The order was easy to place on-line. The communication and delivery process was absolutely first class.
The roller driver is designed well and works ans described. It is also easy to set up. The integration with Alexa is extremely poor, however, offering minimal functionality and is far from intuitive. It is, therefore, difficult to integrate into an Alexa routine and voice control often fails.
Quality built, simple to install, great app and looks fantastic compared with most ev chargers which are an acquired taste. This product re-thinks the ugly ev charger issue! Very happy with the product and well worth the higher price over other chargers.
I called Eco Wizard for some advice, they were friendly and helpful. I ordered the EV charger via their online system, simple and quick. The EV charger arrived within 2 days which was much quicker than expected, so all round a great purchase experience and I highly recommend them.

Easy transaction
This charger is awesome, feature-rich, easy to install and very easy to use. Has a great app to control everything from and as a bonus has a variety of themes for the LED' such as Xmas, Halloween etc. Brilliant, would highly recommend it.
I recently purchased the Hypervolt Home Pro 3 from Eco Wizard. Firstly it was £40 cheap I called to check that the item was in stock before placing the order, this was 3:30pm on Friday. It was delivered by 9:20am the following morning. Amazing service, went out of their way to ensure the delivery was quick. I have a RXWBC605 PLUG-IN RECEIVER and according to Salus it's supposed to connect to the RT520RF. Tried everything and enlisted Ai to help as well. No joy. Will now wait for boiler service to see if engineer can do it.

Surprisingly quick delivery from Ecowizard. The E7 was fitted in about an hour (by a professional, I'm not getting involved in wiring up 13 amps!) and works. Set it up using bluetooth on my iPhone in abut 5 minutes and literally forget about it. I heat the water using low overnight electricity rates and boost from the gas boiler if I need a top up during the day.
I had previously bought one of these for someone and liked it so much that I bought another for someone else.
The same excellent service as the last time I ordered something.
