Order placed on 10th - for charger WITH installation - and on-line survey completed on 11th. The on-line survey was a bit of a pain because you could upload photo's but not videos - I was doing it on a laptop, not my mobile. The main disappointment is that 12 days after completing the survey I have heard nothing (except two requests for a review and one request for me to upload a photo of my installation). I placed this order with EcoWizard as the impression was the installation would be completed more quickly than alternatives. Looks like I was wrong. Please don't request reviews before the job is delivered - and please get on with responding to the survey and giving me an installation date.
Although the courier didn’t turn up on the day he should. It arrived the next day.
My electrician installed very easily and it was very straightforward to set up. It looks very neat and not an eyesore.
I bought these again as I had already bought some few years ago and give me good service one of them now is playing up shall I thought I'll get the four plug with remote as a replacement for all of them I will buy it from this website again 👍

This was exactly what I wanted and I was so pleased how quickly I could connect it to my plugs , the main problem was delivery I paid for next day delivery and it took two weeks for me to receive it. This item was bought to replace a Fischer remote control which failed. It was delivered late due to circumstances beyond Eco Wizards powers, but when it was shipped I received a notification email. It arrived as promised and was easy to set up by following the supplied instructions. It works in two zones, controlling two radiators and is working well. I am very pleased with the product and supplier.

Connection instructions for the installer could have been clearer - there weren't any - since an installer's app had to be downloaded and completed before we could connect to the charger. Otherwise it looks neat and tidy.
