This product, so you get a great after service from the team. The product itself if amazing, great price, looks much better on the wall than most, very slick, you have some fun features with the LED lights on the front and around the edges. Great app to support your kit, and it also give you great usage information. I'd say one of the best on the market.

Poor instructions on replacing batteries. They must be alkaline or the unit only works intermittently. Salus could not help - but google did.

my gateway got faulty, called CS and was advised the best would be to get it bought and sent faulty, and they will gave money back including shipping. So far so good, now sending back faulty item :)

I’ve had it for 5 months now, works quite well Just the app to setup the temperature doesn’t look modern but it is working well Being able to change my thermostat when I am away from home and without having to use those Google or Amazon suite was exactly what I wanted
I have installed five switches so far, they still work as expected.
When fitting to an ideal logic + 30P will need an adapter plate as it’s a larger aperture than the rf module! But simple to fit and works fine.

The replacement stat & receiver work well but the design of the room thermostat when used as a table-top stat is poorly designed. There are 6 function buttons located at the top and the sides which, when the device is picked up tend to lead to at least one of the buttons being pressed, altering the current program. Clearly the design planning only considered it as a wall-mounted design.
This is a fairly simple, straightforward device and is just what I needed. I always avoid products which are “unnecessarily complicated”. This is just right!
