Delivered in 2 days and the installation was booked in over the phone for a couple of weeks later - they originally offered next day installation but I wasn't available. The installer EcoWizard sent out said this model couldn't be installed in my house because it doesn't come with a CT clamp and my consumer unit already has lots of 32A circuits, so there's a theoretical risk the charger could blow the 100A fuse. He suggested getting a better model, but eventually after checking with his office they said he could go ahead and install it. A couple of hours later, it's done and was easy to set up on my mobile phone. It doesn't support smart charging with Octopus but you can set the off-peak hours manually in the Salus app. For only £500 including installation, this will make EV charging so much easier compared to my granny charger I've been using. Great value if you can get it on sale.
Installation was arranged in just a few days from when I ordered. The charger looks fantastic and the installer did a fantastic job. All is working perfectly and the app is very comprehensive. Just make sure you have a good WiFi signal where you plan to have the charger installed.
Its worth the cost, pretty simple to install and operate even via the app.
Boiler was great,my first electric boiler, works as it should, but this is only good for small flat, the boiler came with missing screws for the cover so I had to improvise, this boiler should be sold with jig kit, but I had to buy this separately, instructions are not clear so a little googling helped,
Installed this charger on my own property after hearing good reviews from installers and users. Both installer app and client app are great and have a nice feel to them. The installation of the charger is pretty standard, I like the wall bracket as you don’t have to hold up the entire body with the attached cable while marking and levelling. Installation and setup were a breeze and would recommend for installers and I will be recommending for future clients. As a user, it has all the features you want and charges at the maximum wattage so charges take a little less time than other chargers I’ve used.

So far so good! First charge went well and the app is easy to use. Has to be in receipt of your wifi!!..I hadn't appeciated this when I bought this model but luckily all is ok.
Firstly the charger looks really nice and is not really big. All installed fine but that's where the issues started. The app to setup is a pain. Honestly I've lost count the amount of times I've gone through it to setup and it's failed at different points. Am now at a place where it does charge but only if I confirm it from the app. It does say plug and play but the option is no longer visible and it now won't let me pair back with the charger. Says all the passwords are wrong despite the passwords being on the cards provided. I didn't change them on purpose. Rather than doing a full reset and losing everything I've done I'll just have to try and live with it.
The unit was easy to install, works well but had an issue with dropping its internet connection. Hypervolt support were very good though and resolved the issue.
The price was very competitive, customer service was amazing and delivery was super quick too, highly recommended !
Nice product once working but difficult to connect to WiFi. The response from hypervolt was fast but it has significant issues with connectivity. I had to hotspot it, stood further away from my router than the charger was, which makes no sense. A significant flaw in the charger but solved with a power line extender
Great looking with cable neatly wrapped around unlike some other chargers. App works well and integrates with Octopus energy.

Great product. App is packed with features.
Easy to install. Good instructions. Key points you have to follow to meet warrenty requirements, photos have to be sent to pod point as you install it, its easy to follow tho. connected to wifi ok and easy to use on pod point app with your smart phone.

I have one water leak detector under the kitchen sink, but with the accessory cable, I have increased the protection by linking cables together. The detection cable runs under my sink, washing machine and dishwasher, giving the possibility to detect a water leak and cutting of the mains water supply to the house much sooner.
