Here at Eco Wizard we're extremely proud of our Eco ranges and the helpful and knowledgeable customer service we look to provide with every single enquiry and order. But don't take our word for it - check out what some of our customers have to say!
It is straightforward to install the device in the Growatt inverter 2000tl-x. I already had the app but the instructions that come with the device are not quite correct and it took a little searching to work how to connect it to my wifi, however once the ah-ha moment happens and it connects it works without any issue so far (been a couple of weeks) so a decent product if you want to see what your growatt inverter is doing.
I ordered the product easily, it arrived within a couple of days, no issues at all. I haven't had to deal with customer services to see how they handle complaints as my transaction was straightforward and went well.
Salus have a fantastic range of programmers,i have used them for years. The RT520 has a very large clear display which makes setting up & using a easy job

One of the only companies that stocked what I needed. All the others provided extended lead times. Never heard of this company before but after ordering and them delivering as promised, I highly recommend and will now be a returning customer.
Very easy to use and set up. Has some cool features and works perfectly with Octopus.
