Great service
Top service will use gain and again this merchant
Great product - bought to go with a previous set from several years ago and it all combines flawlessly.
Prompt delivery.
Delivered a very short notice making sure it was delivered in time for the electrician. Great price and customer service
Smart looking and from what I can see online a very robust unit. Tidy cable housing and holster finishes off the charger in style
Not so much the product, as I knew what I was ordering and why i wanted it, but I did need it quickly and they did what they said they would online and the ordering process was efficient
I listed all my concerns in the review I left. Some improvements could be made. It would be enough for me not to use you again, but if the changes are implemented, it wasn’t bad enough for me to not use you again.
The charger was fine, I’m familiar with them, hence the reason for ordering. With regards to my experience with using Eco Wizard, there was an error were I was given the wrong tracking number, which was soon resolved after contacting them. The only real issue I had, was the charger was shipped only in its only thin packaging. A very expensive piece of equipment and they didn’t bother to ship in a second box with protective cushioning. The box turned up in a right state, but thankfully not damaged, which was by pure luck and nothing else. The other issue is, the product was clearly on show and due to its value it therefore is more likely to go “missing”.
item arrived the day after ordering. works really well. great service thank you, will buy from here again
Simple straight swap so no real issues Delivered in reasonable time so all good
No problems
Great product. Fast delivery. Highly recommend.
Great product. Excellent quality.
My first purchase from Eco Wizard. Product was very competitively priced and delivery was prompt.
Bought two of these a few months ago and really impressed how well they work and how straightforward they were to set up. Just bought 4 more to automate our kitchen blinds. Now installed and working as described and expected.
i have just fitted this product and it is working well. Obviously, i don’t know how long it will last but my first impressions are very positive. it was received very promptly from the supplier.

Fast delivery
Replacement for one that had gone faulty so just what was needed. Quick delivery
Updated & more modern version of EP200 & no need to change back plate. Most competitive price on market. Dispatched same day I ordered & received following day. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks.
Excellent product . Does the lot sweeps/washes and leaves the floors dry enough to use. Then the self clean mode is the big bonus, just return it to the base and press the button and it takes care of all the messy stuff all you have to do is empty the dirty water tank. Bought it in a whim but his has to be up there with the air fryer and microwave !!
Delivered prompt
