The Growatt APX 14.3P-B1 is a high-voltage lithium battery designed for modern residential and small commercial energy storage systems. Built for reliability and scalability, it integrates seamlessly with Growatt hybrid inverters to deliver efficient energy storage, helping users maximise solar self-consumption while providing dependable backup power when needed.
The Growatt APX high-voltage battery system utilises advanced lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology, offering a safe and stable foundation for energy storage. Designed with flexibility in mind, the system supports scalable capacities from 71.68 kWh up to 200 kWh, making it suitable for residential off-grid applications as well as larger commercial and industrial installations.
Thanks to its modular, stackable structure, installation is straightforward and adaptable to different system sizes. The cobalt-free LFP chemistry provides enhanced thermal stability, strong safety performance, and long operational life. With a service life expected to exceed 10 years, the APX HV battery system helps reduce overall total cost of ownership for long-term energy storage solutions.
The compact stacked configuration keeps installations neat and space-efficient, while the intelligent battery management system continuously monitors performance, enhances safety protection, and ensures smooth communication with compatible Growatt equipment.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
