The WAVE 2 uses R290, a clean, green and natural refrigerant, making it an eco-friendly choice for cooling your home and reducing your carbon footprint with lower global warming potential and no ozone emissions. Featuring no less than 4 ways to charge, via AC, solar, a car or your EcoFlow Portable Power Station, you can also enjoy 8 hours of comfort with an add-on battery (sold separately). Once charged you can carry the WAVE 2 anywhere for easy and convenient heating and cooling in your tent, RV, truck, off-grid home, boat, small office or bedroom space.
Sleeping near your EcoFlow WAVE 2 couldn't be more peaceful thanks to the quiet (44dB) Sleep Mode function while EcoFlow's tailor-made compressor enables WAVE 2 to drop 18℉ (10℃) in 5 minutes in cooling mode (5100BTU) or raise 18℉ (10℃) in 5 minutes in heating mode (6100BTU).

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE Shipping
We offer FREE 2-3 working day delivery on all orders over £99 received before 4pm. All orders placed under £99 are charged at £4.95 (£4.13 ExVAT).
For Portable Power please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and Solar Panels are shipped via our pallet delivery service which is a £100.
Next Day Delivery
We also offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders received before 2pm. Once again, all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday and then sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

Please note; we can't currently ship portable power items to Northern Ireland due to insurance issues with the courier.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Anytime after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
