Totally delight with this purchase. I bought the kit with the hub an 2 drivers and 3 separate drivers. My reputation for DIY is not good. Despite this, the fitting of each driver took about 5 minutes, it will take about 10 minutes if you use the screw kit to fix them, though so far the very strong 3M double sided take is working very well. The setting up of the Wi-Fi took about 15 minutes. Decided to buy from Eco Wizard as an established UK company rather than risk some of the cheaper products available from overseas sources on line. Also had one small tech is caused by me. Rang the tech help line who answered quickly and problem sorted in a few minutes. Highly recommend this product and Company.

car charger great and no issues. can’t currently mount the cable holder on the wall as missing a mounting plate. EcoWizard not at fault - was missing from the box.

The unit looks good, bit niggling is the bright light display when its powered up, this especially at night, but its displaying its functions which is handy to know. Easy to have installed, its currently working doing what it was purchased for. Early days, but looks like a good choice.
Great customer service and the company has given 5 years warrant not like other companies who gives 3 years for the same product
I use it on a daily basis to power laptops etc and occasionally the fridge if the power goes out. Very reliable, no problems with it what so ever. The cooling fan is a bit noisy but is bearable

After reading the reviews online I decided to purchase this. Great add on to my smart home kit. Easy set up with HomeKit and with the map you can get localised weather for where you may be travelling to using the Netatmo community
First charger I have installed. It was very easy and has a helpful installer app at the end to check everything works. It looks and feels solid so hopefully will last a long time. I have had it a couple of weeks now connected to octopus energy. All working fine would recommend to others.

App and charger works perfectly. This charger works with all electricity providers, so you aren't stuck on one provider's EV tariff. Had a question for Indra and their customer service was quick and knowledgeable as well. This was about registering cars on the app, I have two EVs but only one can be registered. I found that the app works best by not registering a car at all and letting your electricity provider control the charger. Octopus intelligent go works perfectly with both cars on this charger. Quite happy :)

On the phone very helpful ordered via their WEB site came on time no drama. Also they use DPD for courier services which is the best one to use.

Product arrived quickly and in good order. Quality product that does the job, but user instructions confusing. Typical of diagrams rather than the written word.
