My previous gateway gave up the ghost after 10 years. This simply plugged in and the control unit connected straight to it.
First order. Quick despatch and item as expected.
Arrived promptly next day after ordering. Product well packaged, simple installation and operating instructions. All installed and working in about 4hrs. Ohme app easy to use and useful having a display on charger so you can check progress without needing to login or access your phone. Overall it seems to be an excellent product.
This feels like a really quality product, it is straightforward to use, no sign of any overheating in the unit or the plug, we have decided to keep using this instead of paying a huge amount to have a fast charger installed. The supplied case is a nice touch too and it is easy enough to fit the cable into it.
Excellent customer service, Ted is a credit to the company

Excellent pricing, perfect service, and quick delivery. Plug and play technology that is compatible with Tesla, Apple, North West Electricity, and Octopus. A very neat and simple solution to a very complex issue… Green and low cost EV Charging.
Fast delivery and works perfectly
Very keen pricing and super quick delivery. Impressed 👍
Totally delight with this purchase. I bought the kit with the hub an 2 drivers and 3 separate drivers. My reputation for DIY is not good. Despite this, the fitting of each driver took about 5 minutes, it will take about 10 minutes if you use the screw kit to fix them, though so far the very strong 3M double sided take is working very well. The setting up of the Wi-Fi took about 15 minutes. Decided to buy from Eco Wizard as an established UK company rather than risk some of the cheaper products available from overseas sources on line. Also had one small tech is caused by me. Rang the tech help line who answered quickly and problem sorted in a few minutes. Highly recommend this product and Company.
