I listed all my concerns in the review I left. Some improvements could be made. It would be enough for me not to use you again, but if the changes are implemented, it wasn’t bad enough for me to not use you again.

The charger was fine, I’m familiar with them, hence the reason for ordering. With regards to my experience with using Eco Wizard, there was an error were I was given the wrong tracking number, which was soon resolved after contacting them. The only real issue I had, was the charger was shipped only in its only thin packaging. A very expensive piece of equipment and they didn’t bother to ship in a second box with protective cushioning. The box turned up in a right state, but thankfully not damaged, which was by pure luck and nothing else. The other issue is, the product was clearly on show and due to its value it therefore is more likely to go “missing”.

Excellent product . Does the lot sweeps/washes and leaves the floors dry enough to use. Then the self clean mode is the big bonus, just return it to the base and press the button and it takes care of all the messy stuff all you have to do is empty the dirty water tank. Bought it in a whim but his has to be up there with the air fryer and microwave !!

It is straightforward to install the device in the Growatt inverter 2000tl-x. I already had the app but the instructions that come with the device are not quite correct and it took a little searching to work how to connect it to my wifi, however once the ah-ha moment happens and it connects it works without any issue so far (been a couple of weeks) so a decent product if you want to see what your growatt inverter is doing.

I ordered the product easily, it arrived within a couple of days, no issues at all. I haven't had to deal with customer services to see how they handle complaints as my transaction was straightforward and went well.
