The stat I purchased works perfectly but my review is about the expert advice I received from Rob. I had previously bought the wrong stat elsewhere but could not find out why it wasn't working. I emailed Eco Wizard with my phone number and before too long I got a call and actually spoke to someone who could explain what the problem was - something I was unable to find out in all my hours trawling through the internet! I have had one of these that lasted over 12 years. Unfortunately, it developed a fault. It's such a good product that I bought a replacement which is working just fine.
The service is exceptional! I bought an iT500 receiver that developed a fault within a couple of days during the cold spell. When I rang and reported the issue, I got a replacement couriered the following day which saved me the agony of suffering a cold house. Very impressed.

Turned up quickly And very good communication through out process
Fitting and setting up was simplicity itself and there was an immediate response from the central heating system. The temperature was held accurately at the programmed limits and a quick check of the meter showed that it was more economical. The package information is basic and a download of the full manual is essential to get the best from the unit
I now have 12 of these and they have been very reliable. I used to have a Tado system which I returned as not fit for purpose but this system follows a schedule even when the internet goes down. I now have a reliable system that can be remotely controlled.
