When fitting to an ideal logic + 30P will need an adapter plate as it’s a larger aperture than the rf module! But simple to fit and works fine.

The replacement stat & receiver work well but the design of the room thermostat when used as a table-top stat is poorly designed. There are 6 function buttons located at the top and the sides which, when the device is picked up tend to lead to at least one of the buttons being pressed, altering the current program. Clearly the design planning only considered it as a wall-mounted design.
This is a fairly simple, straightforward device and is just what I needed. I always avoid products which are “unnecessarily complicated”. This is just right!

Great product and and alternative to things like Hive and other wireless internet/app controlled thermostats which charge a monthly subscription. Salus (manufacturer) customer service and technical support not great though and powered by useless AI bots and auto responders. I have confidence though that if we had a problem EcoWizard would sort,
Excellent service from Rob and the team at EcoWizard. Their courier DPD let them down but they went over and above to sort the problem. Would certainly recommend and use again.
Bought as a replacement for a failed unit. A little long winded to pair but no real issues and works perfectly.
