Here at Eco Wizard we're extremely proud of our Eco ranges and the helpful and knowledgeable customer service we look to provide with every single enquiry and order. But don't take our word for it - check out what some of our customers have to say!
I have had an excellent customer service experience from Ecowizard,, but I received a replacement from Ecowizard and will return the first one when I get this connected.
Good service
Highly recommended, very easy to use
Very impressed by communication throughout. Also the best price I could find for this unit. Would 100% recommend and use again.
The item arrived quickly and packed well. It looks correct but at his time I can not say how good it is as I am waiting for the installer
Item arrived as described and expected. Thank you
The product arrived on time and as described . I wanted the WIRELESS DRAYTON+RF (not the Drayton+ ) thermostat transmitter . Ecowizard is the only one online that stock this boiler thermostat only (ie without having to buy the receiver ) saving you money if your receiver is still working . I would recommend it to a friend as it is reasonably priced too. Customer service very good and helpful.
Super services
So easy to use. Well packaged. Good value.
Haven't had the chance to set up as yet, but the items arrived earlier than advised which was good.
Great service with fast delivery
Prompt and efficient.
Ordered a replacement wireless thermostat and it arrived next day !! Many thanks Eco Wizard and cheers for the Black Friday discount
Excellent products and super quick delivery
good price helpfull service delivered next day
Only been installed a week or so, but so far so good. I have temperature probes on flow and all return pips and I can see them doing their job of maintaining the delta.
Everything arrived quickly and as described
Had a query, were very quick to respond.
I fitted three of these to replace timers for hot water, towel rails and a bronze pump (hot water circulation). They linked up very easily to the Universal Gateway and are easy to programme. They are much smaller then I thought they would be which is fine but meant that the terminals were small and close together so terminals are only really suitable for a single wire and care needs to be taken to ensure nothing shorts. The sensor housing is essential as otherwise live terminals would be exposed.
Brilliant product
Quiet, good value pump. Fits perfectly in the Worcester Bosch Heatslave oil boiler. Fast delivery too - thanks!
Small and nicely packaged compared to the alternatives I looked at. Installed it inside a single-way surface mount pattress box.
