Great product and and alternative to things like Hive and other wireless internet/app controlled thermostats which charge a monthly subscription. Salus (manufacturer) customer service and technical support not great though and powered by useless AI bots and auto responders. I have confidence though that if we had a problem EcoWizard would sort,

Fantastic company. I cannot fault my experience with this company. I purchased a battery disconnector and it arrived the next day. I had a small problem regarding damage and the company was fantastic. They arranged a replacement to be sent straight away, and kept me informed with a follow-up call. You just don't get service like this from most companies these days. First class. I'll definitely be recommending to my friends.

The Anderson A2 is fantastic, my installer commented on how good the quality was compared to other chargers. The Anderson actually improves the look of your house, it is that nice. I have the extended cable and it still wraps away nicely out of site. It is expensive but if you’re thinking of paying that extra to get a charger also looks good, I say go got it. Ecowizard delivered within a few days and kept me up to date on the progress. Excellent all round!
This is a replacement for another manufacturers unit that had a load of programmable features we never used and the mode we did use was unreliable due to a sticky relay switch. I bought Salus flow controllers for our UFH system some years ago and they work great!!!

Just replaced my old manual controllers with the Salus IT500 and it is a great upgrade. Easy to program and control and gives total control of heating and hot water.
