The Salus app was difficult to get set up, you might be bettet using a tablet as phone use is poir. But once it's installed, works well. Good looking unit, Highly recommended.

The Hypervolt Home 3 Pro is an easy to install and app use friendly charger. I needed a 2nd charger due to additional EV'S in the family and have been using this charger model for 2 years without any issues. Worth the money compared to cheaper ones, works well with Octopus although 2nd charger is set to its own schedule with no issues.

Straightforward installation ( special thanks to son in-law who's a qualified electrician) .Once installed was very easy to set up and use with the excellent app that is downloaded onto your phone and makes the car charging a doddle to use and monitor.
Following the order the charger was promptly delivered. I then requested an install date which again was promptly confirmed. On the install day the engineer called to advise of his arrival time. The install took approx 2 hours and was a nice and tidy job. I was then helped to download the Salus App to my mobile and set up the WiFi link and then a final check was made to confirm that everything was functioning correctly. After my initial use I had a slight technical issue which was very quickly dealt with by the Salus Technical support hence the 5 stars.
