I phoned ecowizard regarding an EV charger I wanted to purchase and the delivery dates (since I was in a rush to get it), and they sorted it all out for me and were very polite over the phone. The price of the charger was very good as well!

It’s early days but it seems to be good, set up was easy though attaching to Wi-Fi was a little tricky, though that was probably my own systems fault.

For not much more money than a "granny lead", this charger offers so much more and can charge at 7.2kw. You can hard set the maximum current draw using a dial switch within the unit and the app, but it's also supplied with a mains line CT clamp so the charger can throttle the charging accordingly to the whole house consumption to prevent overloading the main circuit breaker. The app looks refined and is easy to navigate - with the app you can do things like schedule charging, lock the charger, and see the charging history. There are also 3x nfc tags supplied with the charger. For the money this charger is exceptional value!

Item bought for straight replacement of existing faulty unit

Ordered this EV charger only without fitting. Came very quickly. Used same company that eco wizard use but sorted separately due to timings needs etc. Price was the same.

Excellent pre sale customer advice on device selection and availability. Super quick delivery. This evaporative cooler works well in a very small area, as specified in description and reviews. It is noisier than expected but it doesn’t disturb me or my dogs. The dials are counterintuitive in that they turn on then turn clockwise high to low, usually devices turn on then low to higher and they feel basic rather than high quality. The general quality of the device is good, solid and well presented. Not sure I’m going to buy another evaporative cooler or stick to a tower fan.

Eco Wizard kept me upto date on delivery especially with the large demand . Well packaged , easy to set up , used ice cold water and the results were as promised lowered the room temperature by half . So far so good .
